A Apprenti

For schools and colleges

A focused apprenticeship pilot for your students.

Apprenti helps students find degree apprenticeships, keep their applications organised, and prepare for interviews — in one calm workspace. We're proposing a free pilot (£0 for the agreed scope) with a small number of schools, shaped around what your careers team actually needs.

Proposed pilot goals

  • Every participating student leaves with a real, researched apprenticeship shortlist.
  • Students can explain where each application stands and what happens next.
  • Each student practises at least one structured interview answer and one group task.
  • The careers team gets honest, usable feedback on whether this earns a place in the programme.

What students experience

  1. 01

    Discover

Search curated programme examples by role, employer and location, and save the ones that fit.

  2. 02

    Track

A simple board from Saved to Offer, with next steps and target dates the student sets themselves.

  3. 03

    Prepare

CV feedback, structured interview practice and planning tools, reached through one clear hub.

You can walk through all three steps right now with a fictional student — no account needed: open the student demo.

What a school would contribute

  • · A named careers lead and a regular slot in the timetable.
  • · Help choosing the cohort and agreeing safeguarding and privacy arrangements before any student signs up.
  • · Candid feedback from staff and students — including what to cut.

Proposed delivery stages

  1. 1. Introductory session

Students try the guided demo; the school decides whether to proceed before anyone creates an account.

  2. 2. Working sessions

Short sessions across the pilot weeks focused on the priority you choose below.

  3. 3. Reviews

Mid-pilot and end-of-pilot reviews with the careers team against the agreed goals.

Cohort size, duration and timing are discussion assumptions, not agreed promises.

Questions a careers team usually asks

What does the pilot cost?

The pilot is proposed free — £0 for the agreed scope. Any future pricing is a separate, undecided conversation.

Do students need accounts?

Only if the school agrees to proceed after the demo. Students then use their own email and a school join code.

Is the vacancy data live?

The app ships with clearly labelled curated programme examples. A verified live feed depends on configuration we'd confirm with you first.

What data do you hold about students?

Only what the student's own workspace needs. Safeguarding and privacy arrangements are agreed with the school before any student signs up.

Does the pilot builder commit us to anything?

No. It produces a discussion outline you can copy or download. It does not enrol anyone or send us a message.

Already agreed to proceed? School setup (creates a real record)

Register your school

This is the operational setup step, separate from the pilot discussion above. Submitting this form creates a real school record and a join code for your students — only use it once we've agreed to work together.
